Cancellation Policy

Cancel within 24 hours:

If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund. Please notify us of your cancellation request within this timeframe to initiate the refund process.


Cancel more than 24 hours after purchase:

For cancellation requests received more than 24 hours after purchase but before the order has been shipped, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account any expenses incurred in processing your order up to the cancellation date.


No cancellations after order has been shipped:

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you still wish to return the product(s), please refer to our return policy for further instructions.


Same-day cancellation requests:

Please note that if your cancellation request is received on the same day that the order has been dispatched by our warehouse, we may be unable to process the cancellation immediately. Our cancellation process typically takes 24-48 hours to complete. Therefore, while we will make every effort to accommodate your request, there is a possibility that the order may proceed as planned. If you still wish to return the product(s), please refer to our return policy for information on how to do so.

Refund processing timeRefunds will be returned to your original payment method. For card payments, the refund processing time may vary depending on the your financial institution, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution.
